Tour: Costa Rica's Hot Stuff

[Back to Eco Tours]

This tour is all about hot stuff. Volcanoes, air, and rainforest are brimming with magma, warm winds mixed with a hot and humid ambience. And for the warm weather lover in you, this is a Costa Rican journey up for the taking. Experience the vast diversity of Costa Rica. Tour the Arenal region with its volcanoes and mountains. Arenal Volcano still spews hot lava to this day and it is the youngest volcano in the country. From Arenal, cool off on a relaxing boat ride up the Rio Frio where wildlife abounds. Then, it?s on to Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge. You?ll be wrapped in pristine rainforest as you ease ever closer into the depths of the jungle. Hike the Talamanca Mountains and climb trees to get an aerial view of the vastness of the rainforest canopy. This forever-stretching sea of green will leave you breathless. Selva Bananito Lodge and Preserve will be your homebase for this rainforest romp. Located in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle, take pleasure in its many amenities without worry. Conservation is first and foremost on the lodge?s mind and your patronage benefits the Fundacion Cuencas de Limon, a conservation group dedicated to the preservation of the rainforest and local community development. So, sit back, soak it up, and let the rainforest draw you in.
